Returns Warranty

We offer you a 14-day warranty to return the product. This means that all customers can return an unopened and originally sealed product within 14 days of receipt, and receive an amount equivalent to the value of goods returned. There are admin charges of EGP 10.

Alternatively, switch to an equivalent product or pay the difference if the new product is more expensive than the purchased one. The shipping cost will NOT be refunded. You should deliver the package to one of our counters.

If you want to return a product, you should contact our customer service. Alternatively, send an e-mail to marketing@swemoc.com. Our customer service will update you with the nearest counter to your address.

Returned products will be examined at the delivery counter. Products damaged due to your improper use or improper handling are not covered this any warranty.
