Delivery terms and prices:

We offer door-to-door delivery according to the below price list and expected lead time. There are possibilities for COD (cash on delivery) with no extra fees.

Delivery Insurance:

We bear the risk if the product is lost or damaged during transport to the customer. Please examine the shipment upon arrival. If the damage is visible, this must be communicated to the carrier immediately, and you must register your complaint by phone (01016711379) or to marketing@swemoc.com. Please include also a photo of the damages.

In the event of returned damaged items to us, you do not carry any delivery costs.

Returns Warranty

We offer you a 14 days warranty to return the product. This means that all customers can return an unopened and originally sealed product within 14 days of receipt and receive an amount equivalent to the value of the goods returned; there are admin charges of EGP 10.

Alternatively, switch to an equivalent product or pay the difference if the new would be more expensive than the purchased product. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. You should deliver the package to our agent.

If you want to return a product, you should contact our customer service. Alternatively, send an email to marketing@swemoc.com. Our customer service will update you with the return details.

Returned products will be examined at receiving time. Products damaged due to your improper use or improper handling are not covered by this warranty.

Reservations:

We reserve the right to price adjustments due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right for any errors in pricing. We also reserve the right to cancel orders, which, according to us, can be perceived as improper, offensive, or contrary to morality. Subject to final sale. If a delivery cannot be affected due to the fact that the goods are not stocked, it appears in your delivery confirmation where the goods are not delivered and thus will not be charged to you.

We also reserve the right to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the form of costs for handling and storage or eventual repatriation to the supplier. An uncollected shipment is not considered use of the right of withdrawal

We reserve the right to delivery time may take longer for such communication, strike, force majeure, or delays in delivery company and other unpredictable events.
